WY residents have high opinion of their state. -Time.com

In an interesting article in Time.com, they report that Wyoming residents have a high opinion of their state.  The contributing factors seem to be trust in their state government and are less negative about the state taxes they pay.  Wyoming ranked 4th with 69% of the residents having a high opinion of the state they call home.
