Mercedes Huff Associate Broker

Mercedes Huff discovered Jackson Hole on a ski trip, fell in love with the area, and never left. Over 45 years later, she continues to share her love of Jackson. Skiing and enjoying the outdoor lifestyle turned into a family affair. She and her husband, a 25-year veteran of the JH Ski Patrol, raised two daughters, one a graduate of Cornell College of Veterinary Medicine, and the other her business partner at Mercedes Huff & Associates.

Having grown up in New Canaan, CT, Mercedes can still recall her life-changing decision to leave Smith College and move west to finish her degree. She understands the issues of relocating, and for the past 40 years she has used her professional skills to help her clients find the right property and make the move to Jackson a smooth transition. Licensed since 1979, her experience runs deep in marketing her listings and identifying properties for her customers, including luxury homes, condominiums, vacant land and conservation easement parcels.

A founding partner of Jackson Hole Realty (JHR), Mercedes played an integral part in making it the largest, top producing real estate firm in Jackson. JHR was acquired by Sotheby’s International Realty in 2003, of which she is now an Associate Broker. She stays committed to offering personal service to her customers and involved by serving on boards such as the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole.

Mercedes knows the valley well since calling it home in 1972. She has a wealth of knowledge regarding the area schools, programs offered by organizations such as the Center for the Arts and Grand Teton Music Festival, and in activities such as golfing, fishing and skiing. Laurie Huff Associate Broker

Laurie Huff was born and raised in Jackson Hole to long-time Jackson residents, she is the definition of native. She began living the mountain lifestyle immediately; skiing at age 2, her passion and talent for outdoor sports was evident right away. By 7 she was competitively alpine ski racing and joined the ranks of the top juniors in the nation over the course of her career. Skiing led her to the University of Colorado where Laurie majored in Political Science and graduated summa cum laude.

Having been raised by one of the top producing real estate brokers in Jackson, without a second of hesitation, Laurie chose to follow in her mother’s real estate footsteps. Now with years of her own experience, a true passion for the Jackson Hole lifestyle, and an unparalleled knowledge of the valley, Laurie feels like she brings a unique set of qualities to the Jackson real estate community.

Laurie’s ultimate love is her family. Her husband, young daughter and golden retriever are her main focus, but another passion is giving back to this community that raised her, which she does by serving on the Board of the Community Foundation and the Board of the Community Counseling Center. Some of her other favorite activities include rock climbing, mountain biking and trail running, but generally just being outside and in the mountains are enough to put a smile on her face.

Collin Vaughn Associate Broker

Recently ranked as one of the top-performing agents corporate-wide for Sotheby’s International Realty, realtor Collin Vaughn has helped clients buy and sell real estate throughout the Jackson market for the past ten years. Born and raised in Jackson Hole, he specializes in residential properties ranging from homes for first-time buyers to luxury custom estates, commercial properties and land development opportunities.

Clients look for Collin’s insight, particularly on local market dynamics, new construction and investment opportunities. They appreciate his unobtrusive style, negotiating expertise and ability to create a comfortable working relationship, which explains why more than 75 percent of Collin’s client base consists of repeat customers and their referrals.

From its relaxed outdoor lifestyle to the abundance of cultural resources and events, Collin shares his passion with clients for all that Jackson Hole offers. On a personal level, Collin plays as hard as he works. In addition to winter skiing, other seasons find him fly fishing, windsurfing, river rafting or camping as he explores the area’s natural paradise.

Eager to give back to the community he so enjoys, Collin serves as a board member for Endowment For Our Future, a Teton County educational philanthropy.

Professionally, he is a member of the National Association of Realtors and locally, the Teton Board of Realtors.

Collin earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.

Jill Sassi Sales Associate

Recognized as one of the top producing agents for Sotheby’s International Realty year after year, Jill Sassi has negotiated for buyers and sellers since 1999 in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Jill’s areas of expertise range from second homes, high end townhomes and condominiums at the Four Seasons Jackson Hole to luxury estates. With proven experience from scouting site opportunities through acquisition, development and construction of single family homes, Jill is a tremendous resource to her clients and their architects, surveyors, contractors. She understands the process and helps her clients along the way.

Customers and clients rely heavily on her market knowledge, negotiating style and unparalleled work ethic, they know she has their best interests at heart. Having relocated from the east, Jill appreciates the uniqueness that the Jackson Hole lifestyle offers. She is an avid hiker and skier and enjoys living next to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Park.

An avid community member, she currently volunteers with multiple non profits and serves on the board of Education for our Future. Past community service includes committee work in conjunction with the arts and such notable events as the annual Grand Teton Music Festival.

Professionally she is a member of the National Association of Realtors and recently, she served as President of the Teton County Board of Realtors from 2014-2017. Jill is also a past recipient of the Realtor of the Year Award in 2015 for setting the bar high in industry standards.

Arthur Corontzes Associate Broker

As the youngest Associate Broker within Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty, Arthur Corontzes has differentiated himself through a dedicated work ethic and resort property experience. While working as an intern with Kiawah Island Real Estate, Arthur was introduced to the resort property market, an experience that helps him to deal with the unique market of Jackson Hole. Throughout his four year career with JHSIR, Arthur has assisted or independently closed over 200 transactions, while working with numerous agents with in the Sotheby’s brokerage.

Directly after graduating from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Real Estate Arthur moved west in search of adventure. The amazing golf community and world class skiing in the backdrop of the breathtaking Teton Mountain range made Jackson Hole a logical choice. After spending a brief period of time in the Valley he realized Jackson Hole is where he wanted to call home. As an avid snowboarder, golfer and runner, he is active in the sporting culture of the region. Since moving to Jackson in May of 2012, Arthur has taken up new hobbies such as fly fishing, mountain biking, and white water rafting.

Philanthropically he strives to serve the community whichever way he can. Arthur has been a consistent volunteer with the local Trout Unlimited chapter, serving as a member and volunteering annually at their “Tie-One-On” fundraising banquet. Additionally, Arthur has worked with the Teton Literacy Center for years helping to make Jackson Hole 100% literate by tutoring struggling students with their reading skills.

Andrew Marshall Associate Broker

Having grown up on the icy slopes of New England ski racing, Andrew moved to Jackson in 2004 to fulfill his love for the outdoors, and the bigger mountains of the West. After graduating from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, Andrew worked for a defense and aerospace company supporting government contracts and high reliability military programs achieving multiple industry awards given through the US Navy. Most recently, he completed the University of Denver Daniels College of Business program in Energy Land Management with a focus on leasing, title curative work, negotiating oil and gas leases, farm outs, joint operating agreements, surface use agreements/damage claims, and oil and gas interest calculations. Licensed in Wyoming and Idaho, Andrew enjoys working with all types of clients, from first time home buyers, to second homeowners and commercial investors. His honest and relaxed approach to selling Jackson real estate helps create long lasting and trusted relationships with all of his clients. Andrew focuses on the statistical trends of the market, and knows the available inventory whether properties are actively listed or not.
