Collin Vaughn

Recently ranked as one of the top-performing agents corporate-wide for Sotheby’s International Realty, realtor Collin Vaughn has helped clients buy and sell real estate throughout the Jackson market for the past ten years. Born and raised in Jackson Hole, he specializes in residential properties ranging from homes for first-time buyers to luxury custom estates, commercial properties and land development opportunities.

Clients look for Collin’s insight, particularly on local market dynamics, new construction and investment opportunities. They appreciate his unobtrusive style, negotiating expertise and ability to create a comfortable working relationship, which explains why more than 75 percent of Collin’s client base consists of repeat customers and their referrals.

From its relaxed outdoor lifestyle to the abundance of cultural resources and events, Collin shares his passion with clients for all that Jackson Hole offers. On a personal level, Collin plays as hard as he works. In addition to winter skiing, other seasons find him fly fishing, windsurfing, river rafting or camping as he explores the area’s natural paradise.

Eager to give back to the community he so enjoys, Collin serves as a board member for Endowment For Our Future, a Teton County educational philanthropy.

Professionally, he is a member of the National Association of Realtors and locally, the Teton Board of Realtors. Collin earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.
