We are so excited about our townhouse purchase and want to express our sincere gratitude for all the work you, Oliver and the rest of the team did to bring the transaction across the finish line. The sheer quantity and quality of work your team did to enable this transaction was tremendous. I have purchased several homes over my life and have never had a real estate experience as positive as this one. First of all, during the market exploration process, I never felt any pressure to do anything. In fact, you were always trying to figure out the right property for us. You were patient and diligent during this entire time. When it came time to negotiate the contract, you all had our best interest at the forefront. The team behaved as an objective third party advisor, not as someone who was working to expedite a commission check. Because this was new (and unfinished) construction, the closing process was quite complicated. You always took the initiative in working with our team, including our architect, interior designer, and insurance agent. You were proactive in terms of thinking about what our team needed and providing it to them timely. For example, when Will asked for samples of the finishes to provide to our interior designer, he received them within 2 days because they were priority shipped to Austin. Furthermore, the collection of samples was comprehensive and clearly labeled. I was especially impressed with the work the team did with our architect and interior designer to fit our sectional on the top deck. That roof is our favorite part of the house so we very much appreciated the builder moving the fire pit, which was already plumbed, to fit the sectional we purchased! Will and I have a dozen nieces and nephews so getting the builder to convert the loft into an enclosed room where we’ll place bunk beds was another factor that 1) improved the townhome and 2) made this transaction process very smooth. The most impressive contribution, however, was the exhaustive punch list of items that needed to be addressed in the construction and finish out. Your team produced this list which was 18 pages long and included photos. You all worked with the builder to ensure each item was addressed even after the closing. This was a prodigious amount of work and we greatly appreciated it! Collin, there is no way we could have gotten through this without all the work you and your team did. I could not recommend you all more highly. We are extremely grateful for a job well done.
